Notes:

Registration:
On race day from 04:00 at the venue

Temporary Licence:
R45 for unregistered runner's 10 & 21km only.

Cut-Off Times:
10km 2h00 @ 08:00
21.1km - 3h30 @ 09:30

Medical support will be available on race day

Route Information:

1. Obey all traffic rules and race marshals
2. No seconding is allowed.
3. No ipods or other listening devices permitted.
4. No pets allowed.
5. Regrettably, no wheelchairs or prams allowed (Course unsuitable)
6. No blades, cyclists or mechanically operated devices.
7. No littering allowed, use waste recycle bins provided.

General Information:

Rules:
1. Referees decision is final
2. All participants participate at their own risk.
3. All participants must wear a valid 2023 license on the front and back.
4. Unlicensed runners must buy a temporary license to bw worn on the front.
5. Race will take place under the rules of ASA, AMPU and WA.
6. All participants to wear club colours or plain running gear if participating with a temporary licence.
7. Official Age Category tags to be worn on front and back.
8. Positive identification required for all category winners.
9. Minimum Age for 21.1km (16 Years) 10km (14 Years)
