70+ Free But Still Needs A Temp Lic

Valid ASA License Required for 10km & 21km/ Temp License R55.

NB: No Age category, No Prize Money

Route Information:

• Traffic police and race marshals must be obeyed at all times
• No seconding permitted.
• Refreshment stations approximately every 3 km
• No iPods or other listening devices permitted.
• No running or walking with pets will be permitted.
• Regrettably no wheelchairs or prams allowed – course unsuitable.
• No blades, cyclists or mechanically operated devices allowed in the race.
• No littering allowed 500m after the water tables.

General Information:

Rules:
• Race run according to the rules of ASA and AGN.
• Minimum age 10km/14 years & 21km/16 years old
• Athletes competing for category prizes must wear age category ID Tags in back and front. • Prize winners have to be present at the prize giving.
• Cut-off time is 2 hours for 10km & 3 hours for 21km to all participants.
• Registered athletes must wear two 2023 licenses, one at the back and one in front of running vest. .
• ID must be provided upon request.
• Temporary Licence Athletes to wear the Temporary Licence at the back of their vest.
• Walkers must wear a “W” tag on the front and back of their vest.
