1. Regret no wheelchair participant can be accommodate on this route No Blade. Cyclists or other mechanical devices allowed.
2. Traffic offices and marshals must be obeyed at all the times.
3. Athletes are not allowed to participate with pets.
4. No music ear piece is allowed.
5. Littering is not allowed. Athletes are to dispose of any litter in appropriate bins and can be disqualified if they litter.
6. Water and Coke provided at refreshment stations, every 3kms

Rules & Information:
1. The race is held under the rules of ASA & CGA and decisions of the race referee are final.
2. Registered athletes must wear their club colours with the issued 2023 licence number on the front and back of the vest.
3. Temporary license athletes must wear plain clothing and the issued race number on the front of the vest and temporary license on the back of their clothing.
4. All runners/ walkers participate at their own risk and indemnity the race organizers against any claim.
5. 10km runners/ walkers must be 14 years or older on the race day. Fun run/ walk open to all age groups. Minimum age for participation: 21.1km | 16 years old and 10km | 14 years old.
6. Proof of age to be produced upon request on race day.
7. Athletes must wear their age category tags on the back and front of their vest, clearly visible. The rest of the categories are applicable to athletes competing for these categories.
8. Unlicensed Runners do not qualify for prize money.
9. To receive a prize, you must complete all information on the race number, tear-off slip
10. Entry Fee Is Non-Refundable.
11. Objections must be lodged within 30 minutes (before or after prize-giving) in writing to the chief referee accompanied by R500.00 which is refundable if the appeal is upheld.
12. Runners/ Walkers participate at their own risk.
13. Cut-off time for all events is 3h30 (10h30).
14. Walkers competing for walkers’ prizes (if any) must wear walker tags on the front and back of their running vest.
15. Blatant running by any walker may lead to immediate disqualification.
16. Three warnings may lead to disqualification.
17. The race organiser retains the right to refuse entry and reject persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who are disorderly, or engage in inappropriate behaviour, vandalism or evade paying for admission.

Directions:
From Main Reef Road: turn left in to New Canada Road and pass Putco go straight up to Orlando Stadium the venue is on your left.
From Pretoria: Turn left to Soweto off ramp just after Marainsburg off ramp, turn right into new road & proceed with Klipsruit Vally Road, turn left towards Orlando Stadium to Communal Hall venue is in front.

I acknowledge and agree that Colour Out Cancer, its sponsors, organisers, suppliers, volunteers associated with the event will not accept responsibility for injuries, damage or loss of any nature whatsoever which may result from participating in the Colour Out Cancer.
And I declare that I am participating in the Colour Out Cancer entirely at my own risk even if I have not read this disclaimer and someone has entered on my behalf.
If the event/ run/ walk should be cancelled owing to circumstances beyond the control of the organisers.
