Registration:
Manual entries and number collection at the Sasol Recreation Club on 5^th November and 6^th November 2024 (race day) 14:00 to 19:00

• No entry fees will be refunded.
• Temporary Licenses Non Registered Athletes 10km - R55

Route Information:

1. No pets allowed.
2. No blade, cyclist or mechanically operated devices, no wheelchairs.
3. Traffic officers and marshals to be always obeyed
4. No earphones allowed during the race, could lead to disqualification.
5. No littering. Please make use of boxes at start/finish venue.

General Information:

Rules:
1. All participants must wear a valid 2024 license on the back and front. Unlicensed runners must buy a temporary license to be worn on the front and pinned at all four corners.
2. Registered athletes must wear club colours.
3. Race will take place under the rules of ASA, AMPU and WA. All participants to wear club colours or plain white top, vest or t-shirt if participating with a temporary license. Decision by race referees is final.
4. Minimum age for 10km – 14 years.
5. International/ foreign athletes must provide a clearance letter from their sport federation to the chief referee prior to the event (WA Rule 4).
6. Medical support will be available on race day.
7. Official age category tags to be worn on front and back. Positive identification required for all category winners.
